- Hand Tube Benders – Swagelok hand tube benders provide consistent, high-quality bends in tubing made from materials that can be used with Swagelok tube fittings. The benders for 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch OD tubing are included in the toolbox.
- Tube Cutter – the Swagelok tube cutter cuts stainless steel, soft copper and aluminum tubing from 3/16 to 1 inch outside diameter.
- Tube Deburring Tool – after use of the tube cutter, Swagelok deburring tools deburr stainless steel, steel and hard alloy tube ends.
- Gap Inspection Gauges – Swagelok gap inspection gauges assure the installer or inspector that Swagelok tube fittings have been sufficiently pulled up on initial installation. The gauges for 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch fittings are included in the toolbox.
- Tee Wrenches – the tee wrench provides positive backup support when installing Swagelok union tees and crosses, allowing the user to hold the fitting body firmly and precisely. The tee wrenches for 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch fittings are included in the toolbox.
- Pre-Swaging Tools – for Swagelok tube fitting installation in close quarters, the Swagelok pre-swaging tool is a convenient accessory that enables the installer to work in a more open, safe area and complete tube fitting installation by following the retightening instructions. The pre-swaging tools for 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch fittings are included in the toolbox.

The Right Tools Save You Time
You don’t need specialized tools to install Swagelok tube fittings, but our tee and ratchet wrenches do make the job easier and speed up the work. The Swagelok pre-swaging tool, for instance, is another purpose-built tool to ease installation in relatively inaccessible areas. The tool pre-swages ferrules on the tube and allows the installer to complete the installation by following the retightening instructions proving particularly helpful when working in tight spaces, over your head or down by your feet.
